Chalis Bani Agung is graduate from Civil Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB). Chalis has had over 30 years experience in road construction and maintenance, and for the last 15 years has specialised in stabilised pavements and road recycling. Currently, Chalis has been working for PT. Harap Panjang as Senior Construction Manager which oversees three departments includes earthwork, pavement stabilization (recycling) and asphalting work. He also responsible to organize more than 150 employees. Before joint to the company, Chalis has extensive experiences in around Indonesia project with overseas contractor Marubeni Corporation- Japan as a Civil Engineer and state-owned enterprises PT. Wijaya Karya as Construction Manager.
Chalis is a qualified Pavement Engineer and Construction Safety “Utama” from Construction Service Development Board of Indonesia, and a member of the Indonesian Engineer Union (PII). He is active for develop innovative pavement construction method which cares to construction safety and meet quality target of products.
